At Snooze Therapy, we want you to love your loungewear as much as your dreams. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items are inspected.
